  1. Jackie Stiles: Jackie Stiles is arguably the greatest player in Missouri State history. She played for the Bears from 1997 to 2001, and during that time she set numerous school and NCAA records. Stiles is the all-time leading scorer in Missouri State history with 3,393 points, and she is also the NCAA Division I all-time leading scorer among women's basketball players. She was a consensus All-American in 2001 and led the Bears to the Final Four that same year.

  2. Winston Garland: Winston Garland played for the Bears from 1983 to 1987, and during that time he established himself as one of the top players in school history. Garland is the all-time leader in steals for the Bears, and he is also second in career points with 2,105. He was named the Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Year in 1987 and was drafted in the second round of the NBA Draft by the Milwaukee Bucks.

  3. Kyle Weems: Kyle Weems played for the Bears from 2008 to 2012 and is considered one of the best all-around players in school history. Weems is the only player in Missouri State history to earn Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Year honors twice, and he also earned All-American honors in 2011. He finished his career with 1,914 points and 890 rebounds.

  4. Blake Ahearn: Blake Ahearn played for the Bears from 2003 to 2007 and is considered one of the best shooters in school history. Ahearn finished his career with 2,269 points, which is third all-time in Missouri State history. He was also an excellent three-point shooter, finishing his career with a 43.3% three-point percentage.

  5. Kevin Ault: Kevin Ault played for the Bears from 1977 to 1981 and is one of the best big men in school history. Ault finished his career with 1,881 points and 941 rebounds, and he was named an All-American in 1980. He was also drafted by the NBA's Milwaukee Bucks in the fifth round of the 1981 draft.

These players have all left their mark on Missouri State basketball and have helped elevate the program to new heights. While there have been many other great players to wear the Bears uniform, these five stand out as the best in school history.
